Description of furnace body structure 

The main body shell components :
1. The outer body and bottom plate are welded together with 8mmA3 steel plate , and the bottom frame welded 
 together with 10# national standard channel steel is basically of metal welding structure except for the internal thermal insulation layer and working layer .
2. The four supporting legs of the base are made of liftable threaded columns , which can reach the required height by adjusting nuts ( which can be made according to customer ' s requirements ).
 Lining structure in furnace body 
 The inner lining of the furnace body consists of an outer shel iron plate , a heat screen coating , a calcium silicate 
 plate , a ceramic fiber board + nano microplate plate , an aluminum liquid water - proof permeation prevention layer , a pouring layer and a pouring layer in sequence from the outside to the inside . The pouring layer is formed by pouring imported non - stick aluminum pouring materials in two parts , and the separated parts are connected in a C - shaped groove ype connection , so that expansion and contraction of each part of the furnace do not affect each other , unreasonable cracks caused by thermal expansion of the furnace are reduced , and the service life of the furnace is prolonged .
