      BSD - Dtype resistance crucible melting heat insulation furnace is a matching equipment for small and medium - sized die casting machines , which is responsible for melting and holding aluminum alloy , and is suitable for multi - brand aluminum alloy die casting requirements . Melting capacity is between 50kg/ h and 350kg/ h . It has the advantages of ultra - low melting loss , long service life short stop / start time period , fast temperature rise , simple maintenance , etc .
     The electric control is a temperature control closed loop composed of PID and silicon controled rectifier , which outputs heating power according to the proportion of temperature difference , thus saving energy consumption to the greatest extent .
